Margaret Mayer was on her way home from a bar. For Dec. 1, it was a warm evening, with temperatures still well above 60 by 10 p.m., with light winds.<br \/>\nNorman, 24, was riding a bike, taking a route she frequented. By all accounts, she had a flashing red light clipped to her sweater for nighttime riding. An alert was issued Tuesday about the incidents.<br \/>\nThe first attack took place &#8211; near the intersection of East 5th &amp; Pedernales on November 10th.
