The 2nd annual ASU Turkey Trot will take place this coming Saturday, Nov. 21, at 10:00. As per tradition, the awards will be pumpkin pies. The race location is on the mall in front of ASU\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s University Center, registration from 9:00-9:45 and race start at 10:00&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/blogs.dallasobserver.com\/unfairpark\/2009\/11\/the_money_trail_txdot.php\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.dallasobserver.com\/unfairpark\/2009\/11\/the_money_trail_txdot.php\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Council&#8217;s on the TxDOT Money Trail to Fund &#8220;Non-Traditional &#8230;<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nby Unfair Park<br \/>\nThe city of Dallas has till December 11 to submit to the Texas Department of Transportation a list of projects it thinks worthy of the Transportation Enhancement Program, through which TxDOT doles out federal funds for so-called &#8230; Well, bicycle and pedestrian trails, for starters; or, the restoration of old trolley-car lines, always a trendy move; or, landscape beautification.
