\nTexarkana Resources for the Disabled’s fourth annual Ark-La-Tex Challenge Cycling Tour starts at 9 a.m. April 2 in the Liberty-Eylau High School parking lot.
\nParticipants will be able to choose between routes of 22, 35, 46, 52 or 70 miles. The 70-mile route takes riders through Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana.
