Our popular Beginner Intermediate Group (B.I.G.) training program starts Tuesday, May 3. Meet in the parking lot of River Run Plaza, 1071 Country Club Road. A short (15-minute) lesson begins at 6 p.m. followed by a 12-15 mile ride in the Upper Valley. The program runs through July.
\nThe program is open to all riders, from first-time road cyclists to intermediates who want to build their skills. We also need experienced riders willing to help lead on the rides.
\nHelmets are required. No ear buds. Bring water bottles. ?Anyone younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Wear comfortable riding clothes. No one is ever left behind!
\nPlease be there 15 minutes early to prep for ride.
\nThe May 3 opening lesson is “Is Your Bike Road Worthy?” Upcoming lessons will focus on the basics of road cycling, how to ride in a group and how to develop speed and stamina.
