\nBRING: front and back lights (required), any kind of lights will do
\nOPTIONAL: helmets, bike locks, drinks, and favorite tunes, remember everyone is responsible for their own safety!
\nPACE: no drop 12-15 MPH(perfect for beginners)
\nROLL OUT: at 6 ish, we usually wait for almost everyone.
\nROUTE: 15-20 miles, we will be making 1 or 2 stops to hydrate.
