\nIt\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the day after Christmas, and the jolly plump guy in the red suit is resting up from Christmas Eve. He just completed his annual ultra-multisport event (sleigh driving, roof clambering, and chimney climbing), and he\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s now back at the North Pole reviewing the past year.<\/p>\n

Like Santa, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m also reviewing 2009 and reflecting on what our community accomplished related to fitness and wellness this past year.<\/p>\n
