After getting home from church I started the bike ride at 12:34 and finished at 2:25. My wife is not a fan of the Paris-Roubaix race so I watched the 26 minute final 15 k replay on the computer. I planned on watching the NBC Sports Gold version but Flash kept crashing in the Chrome browser causing me to watch the EuroSport replay at Steephill.tv.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing unusual happened on the bike ride with fantastic weather: partly cloudy sky, 84 degrees, and a strong south wind at 17 mph with 26 mph gusts. This made the ride to Walden tough and watching the PowerPod I could see the watts jump up when the gusts hit and I upped my pedaling to try to keep my speed. Yesterday I watched this video to learn a little more about power meters.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How To Use A Power Meter (Cycling Tips)\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Etz3pyOhHK4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I need to learn more but this explained what FTP means. I looked at a <a href=\"http:\/\/datacranker.com\/\"><strong>website to calculate power zones<\/strong><\/a> and I need to change mine.
