(KBTX) &#8211; Clayton Niemietz and Alannah Ritch were high school sweethearts and engaged to be married.They were also students at Texas A&amp;M.<br \/>\nLast September, Ritch died after being hit by a College Station garbage truck while riding her bike.<br \/>\nRitch&#8217;s family has created the &#8220;Alannah Ritch Memorial Scholarship Fund.&#8221;
