This was his second year to accomplish this feat. Three of the largest cities in the country are in the Lone Star state, and they are all among the worst to bike in. Our summer racing calendar is littered with races from short Sprint distance to ironman distance with races like the Capital of Texas Triathlon pulling national talent to race in our city. Go on any road ride, and more than likely you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see at least a few riders riding aerobar equipped triathlon bikes. We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve even got some resident triathlon celebs like Ironman World Championship podium finished&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/meechcustombikes.blogspot.com\" href=\"http:\/\/meechcustombikes.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/congrats-to-larry-yancey.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>MEECH Custom Bicycles: Congrats to Larry Yancey!<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nby MEECH<br \/>\nLarry recently won the Texas Cyclocross Championships in the Master&#8217;s race aboard his MEECH S3 CX bike. That makes about 3 or 4 state championships for Larry in about a year, only 47 more states to go. Austin cyclists, please rejoice and take pride in a fresh new bike path through Lakeway, Highlands blvd.
