This year&#8217;s ride is rarer still, no thanks to Hurricane Harvey.<br \/>\nThis year will be the (fingers crossed) only time that the event will be confined to a 21-mile loop of Ocean Drive and Shoreline Boulevard instead of the traditional 65-mile trek around the bay.
