\n1. Pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements on St. Elmo Circle, Redd Street and Pack Saddle Pass
\nA new shared-use pathway and bicycle lanes have been installed along St. Elmo Circle between Mt. Vernon Drive and South First Street as well as on Redd Street from Manchaca Road to Pack Saddle Pass to improve east-west bicycle connectivity as well as provide active and safe routes to school for both St. Elmo Elementary and Joslin Elementary school students.
