My trainer has a few years on it but it is in good condition. However, I should check the screw that holds the fan blade on. Tonight while I was sprinting the fan blade came loose and bounced into the bathroom cabinet door. Fortunately the energy was absorbed by a thick throw rug on the floor. I now will check the screw before each ride.<\/p>\n<p>I rode 11.25 miles at an average speed of 14.2 mph. Ride time was 47:25 minutes.
