The cold front sinks its teeth in as the temperature was well into the 40’s when I got home from work. This meant another session with Mr. Windtrainer. I am craving a few days of 60+ degrees. Tonight’s numbers: 11.15 miles, max speed 23.7 mph, avg. cadence 82 rpm, total time 45:14 minutes, avg. speed 14.8 mph.<\/p>\n
