The temperature just wouldn&#8217;t get above 60 degrees when it came time to make the decision of indoor or outdoor biking. The sky was a nice blue and the wind wasn&#8217;t too bad but I could not brave the chilly atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>Riding intervals felt like a good workout with 7 intervals where with the Elemnt computer showing 24 mph top speed except for 1. SportTracks thinks I didn&#8217;t ride that fast though.
