The lack of long (50 mile plus) rides was evident today during the ride. My shoulders and arms were just hanging on when I finished. I was so spent that I laid my cell phone down in the floor of my Jeep and could not find it later. (It had rolled out of sight against the body) The weather was good for the ride except for the cold (48 deg.) at the start. It was 68 when I finished.\u00c2\u00a0 The routes were clearly marked except at one turn on the 55 mile route but I made the correct turn. Later I decided not to follow a route marker when I should have and had to circle back to the last rest stop which I needed badly.<\/p>\n
