\nIn 2016, Coppell started the bike lane discussion after several cyclists were injured on roads. To provide a safe way for residents to travel by bicycle, Coppell installed signs that said cyclists may use the full lane. Continuing its effort to keep residents safe, the City Council approved on Tuesday a project that will include the design signage and pavement markings designating on-street bicycle lanes for several streets. …<\/p>\n
