HOUSTON – A cyclist was hit and killed by a dump truck Tuesday near Rice University, police said.<\/p>\n

The crash was reported just before noon near the intersection of Main Street and Sunset Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Houston police said the victim was leaving the university after meeting her husband for lunch when she was hit by the truck as both made a right turn onto Main Street. \u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/p>\n
