\nFor participants in the annual Permian Basin Ride of Silence, this year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s event carries extra weight. The 14-mile bicycle ride will be held three weeks after a crash that resulted in the deaths of two local cyclists and injuries to a third, Jason Haislip.<\/p>\n
