Well, I forgot that and tried to equal yesterday&#8217;s effort if not the miles. I found that my condition is not here yet to handle this. I suffered a bonk around the 21 mile point so I had to slow down and motor home. My Mercier road bike is riding nice. I did see several other riders today but they were headed in the opposite direction.
