A Toyota Camry, driven by a 31-year-old man, was behind the bicycle, according to the spokesman. He mentioned Pythian Lodge 26\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s sponsorship of an annual Read &amp; Ride program that encourages reading in the first and second grades by awarding bicycles to children based on their book reading.
