Final numbers in for the 2018 Hotter’N Hell Hundred in Wichita Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n

\nFinal numbers are in for the 2018 Hotter’N Hell Hundred, and the ride is beginning to grow again.<\/p>\n

While overall totals didn’t quite match previous records, this year’s total \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 11,889 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c bested 2017, when the centennial ride saw just under 11,000 participants.<\/p>\n

According to totals released Tuesday, 10,221 people took part in …<\/p>\n

Bicyclist Killed in Pecos County Crash<\/a><\/h2>\n

PECOS COUNTY, TX– News West 9 in Midland reports one person has died in an auto-pedestrian crash near Fort Stockton.<\/p>\n

Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers were called to a scene near FM 2037, roughly 10 miles outside of Fort Stockton, at 8 a.m. on Monday, according to News West 9’s report.<\/p>\n

The initial investigation from DPS showed 65-year-old Robert N. Beal was traveling south on his bicycle when Darren J. Hinsley struck they bicycle from behind.<\/p>\n

Beal was pronounced dead at the scene. Hinsley sustained no injuries in the crash.<\/p>\n

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.<\/p>\n
