Organizers gearing up for cycling events<\/strong><\/a>

To attract riders, TBI asked Sheriff Ira Mercer if they could have a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153bigger and better\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153safer\u00e2\u20ac\u009d event by having \u00e2\u20ac\u0153rolling enclosures\u00e2\u20ac\u009d that will protect packs of bicycle racers.
