Bicyclists to gather in Athens for 700-mile Tour de TAC<\/a><\/h2>\n

For the first time, members of the United Methodist Church and others will gather in Athens to begin a 700-mile bicycle ride.<\/p>\n

Team Living Water cycles 250 miles to give others clean water<\/a><\/h2>\n

Ten Houston-area cyclists spent their Labor Day weekend riding roughly 250 miles through the Texas Hill Country so that people in other parts of the world could have clean drinking water.<\/p>\n

Through the Texas 250, Team Living Water raised approximately $17,500 to build water wells in communities across the world, said Team Living Water Director Jeremiah Collins.<\/p>\n
