So I headed out on a shorter route than I could have taken but it was not short enough. At the 4 mile mark the rain caught up with e and I stopped at a school to wait it out. After 10 minutes or so it looked like the rain had passed but when I talked to my wife it was raining where she was. With a little reluctance I called for a pickup go back home. As we drove towards home the rain was stronger than where I was stopped. I do not relish riding in the rain so this was a good ending.
