(If by &#8216;new,&#8217; we mean &#8216;something that has been a part of the Texas Transportation Code since 1995,&#8217; but that&#8217;s our edgy city council for you). The ordinance in question amends the city code to &#8220;require the proper use of bicycle lighting equipment when operating a bicycle at nighttime by incorporating language contained in the Texas State Transportation Code into the City Code.&#8221; What the Texas Transportation Code consider&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/genedan.wordpress.com\" href=\"http:\/\/genedan.wordpress.com\/2010\/04\/16\/17-ronde-von-manor-race-report\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>#17 Ronde von Manor: Race Report \u00c2\u00ab Gene\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Blog<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nThis is a race report of Ronde von Manor, a single-day race hosted by Velossimo Racing on the 27th of March. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s been a while since I last posted, so my memory is kind of hazy with this one. My participation in this race was pretty much on a whim, especially since the Texas State collegiate race, which would have coincided with this race, was canceled the week before. I could tell Pathfinder was unusually taken aback. I was not going to elaborate on a wrong turn that added six miles to our ride before we even got to Highway 90 near Hondo.
