It was good to be back on the road today. The skies cleared this afternoon and the temperature made it to 74 degrees. Wind was not a factor being only 4 mph from the north. Around the 18 mile mark I was passed by lean and mean bikers hammering on their way back home. I was able to stay near them for about 200 yards up a slight hill. From then on they disappeared in the distance. Great ride home from there.
