Highland Village PD took third overall. Teach more people how to be safer and more confident people on bikes, of course.<\/p>\n<p>The League of American Bicyclists has been teaching and certifying League Cycling Instructors (LCIs) across the country for years. There are thousands of certified cycling instructors empowering more people on bikes to be better riders.
