\nRemember all those bicycles \u00e2\u20ac\u201d roughly 20,000 of them \u00e2\u20ac\u201d that littered Dallas streets and sidewalks before that city cracked down on its fledgling bike-sharing program?<\/p>\n

Well, more than 500 banana yellow bikes that formerly belonged to the Chinese bike-sharing company Ofo wound up in the hands of a Richland Hills charity known as Bikes for Tykes Inc.<\/p>\n

And now, an official with that Tarrant County non-profit organization says he wants to find a …<\/p>\n

Crossroads Freedom Ride, by the American Legion Riders Chapter 166, is scheduled for Saturday. All bikes and trikes are welcome. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and is $20 for riders and $15 for passengers. Registration includes gift bag, meal ticket and ride patch. The ride will leave from the American Legion Post 166, 1402 E. Santa Rosa St. in Victoria, with the last bike at 10 a.m. and will end at Goliad Brewing Company, 252 Metting Road, with a tour of the brewery. There will be a meal, a silent auction, refreshments and music.<\/p>\n
