A couple of weeks ago I learned of the Peru Parts Project. The PPP is an effort by Lon Halderman to supply bicycle clothing and components to aspiring riders in Peru. I gathered up a bunch of stuff I had been holding onto because I hated to throw them away or give to Goodwill. I received a letter from Lon thanking me for the donation. In addition he sent three pictures of people who have benefited from the project so far. If you have spare or extra stuff you might consider this project.<\/p>\n
