It was beginning to look like her father would not get to witness Annie\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s crossing the finish line in his honor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velasco and his family have lived in Kingwood for 15 years, where he worked as a service manager for a medical equipment company.
