23-year-old will bike across country to support those fighting cancer<\/a><\/h2>\n

WACO, TX (KXXV) –\nLast year, 23-year-old Bethany Gray took up cycling as a way to relieve stress.<\/p>\n

"I was kind of in a rough place about a year ago," Gray said. "Just meeting a lot of walls in my personal and professional life."<\/p>\n

She quickly fell in love with the sport and began racing in different competitions.<\/p>\n

Child riding bike struck by truck in Third Ward, police say<\/a><\/h2>\n

HOUSTON – A 7-year-old child who was riding a bike was struck by a truck Sunday evening in Third Ward, Houston police said.<\/p>\n

The incident was reported around 6 p.m. in the 4200 block of Yellowstone.<\/p>\n

Police said a red Ford F-150 with an extended cab struck the child and was seen dragging the child’s bike as the driver left the scene.<\/p>\n

The condition of the child is unknown.<\/p>\n

Investigators are at the scene.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n
