TxDOT To Distribute $19 Million For Bike And Pedestrian Projects<\/a><\/h2>\n

TxDOT is preparing to distribute $19.3 million in funds to local entities for bike and pedestrian projects.<\/p>\n

The funds are from two federal programs, including $10.6 million through the Federal Highway Administration\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Fixing America\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Surface Transportation Act. Those funds are earmarked for non-urban areas with a population of 5,000 or less.<\/p>\n

Another $8.7 million is available through the U.S. Department of Transportation\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Safe Routes to School Program for infrastructure projects within …<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n
