A bicyclist in New Braunfels was rushed to a San Antonio hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a car in foggy weather early Tuesday morning, according to police.<\/p>\n

Two streets in downtown Tyler have been identified as priorities for future infrastructure to improve travel for pedestrians and bicyclists.<\/p>\n

The recommendations are part of a draft plan called Active Tyler that seeks to plan out how future pedestrian and bicycle paths should be built in Tyler and the surrounding parts of Smith County.<\/p>\n
