Day 27, 28 and 29 Great Rest Days in Austin: We Made The Most Of It\nSaturday March 23, 2019\nWhat a great time we had exploring Austin, relaxing and spending quality time with Julie and Claudia. Bruce and Julie loved the city, even more than Nashville and can’t wait to come back. Robert and Claudia also loved the town, the music, the food and exploring. Heck, night one after a power nap, Robert and Claudia listened to music until 1:30 a.m.!!! Bruce and Julie hit Dirty 6th (6th street as the locals call it.) Full blown party scene where the streets are shut down to traffic at 10:00 and music is pumping from every venue.\nWe explored the many districts and sampled plenty of fine beverages in each one. The town is really amazing with its mix of old and new, right next to each other, theoretically coexisting.
