EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – El Paso has an avid cycling community, but not quite the desired infrastructure.<\/p>\n

The El Paso City Council moved forward on a plan to add new bike lanes throughout the city on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

New capital funding will pay for the design which includes buffered bike lanes, which provides striping to separate them from traffic lanes.<\/p>\n
