\nThe following story was provided by my coworker after he completed the Spindletop Spin in Beaumont, Texas this weekend.\u00c2\u00a0 The Spindletop is a 600+ rider event covering multiple distances in genuine Texas refinery-land.\u00c2\u00a0 The story seems an appropriate reminder to put safety first as we increase our miles and get comfortable in our bike saddles.<\/p>\n
