I was concerned about the weather as I checked the radar before starting today’s bike ride. To the north rain looked threatening but I decided to ride. Setting out at 8:00 AM on the “Atascocita – Huffman – Walden” route a couple of new things accompanied me on the ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wore a new pair of Aero Tech Design Men’s Gel Touring shorts in place of my usual Bellwether Endurance Gel shorts. Switching to a different piece of clothing is always a gamble but as the ride progressed these shorts are my new buddy. I will buy some to replace the Bellwether ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second new item was a GoPro Hero7 White. I mounted it on the handlebar to the right of the stem and aimed it to the center. Last night I read up on how to use it but slept and forgot several things like voice commands. I tried to use them but I left a couple of word out and nothing happened. So I resorted to pushing the record button. Since this new I missed a few video opportunities when other cyclists popped up and I forgot to press record. Several videos from the ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
