My temperature threshold of 60 was above the 52 degrees outside when I started to Zwift at 11:10 AM.

Getting prepared to ride went as planned and all the sensors connected while I waited for the ride to start. OBS recorded the ride and i listened to Pandora Disco Music during the ride. I think I am getting better and learning more about Zwift.

I chose a ride rather than a race with The Herd’s Saturday Rehabilitation Group Ride. I rode 17.9 miles which put my virtual riding for October at 92.2 miles and October’s total at 654.02 miles. The week’s total stands at 161.85 miles. Only 46 miles to reach my goal for October. I stopped after 1 hour but I think the ride continued.

Occasionally someone would leave the ride. When I signed in I wondered if only a few riders would be there but by the start time over 200 were at the line. This one person at the start line before the ride started was pedaling on a trainer and their left foot kept slipping off the pedal every few seconds. This kept going until the ride began. Zwift avatar’s are strange. I am getting use to some avatars riding through my avatar when they pass.

Sunday’s weather is supposed to warm up into the 70’s and I plan on biking outside.

SportTracks Zwift Bike Ride Summary

The cool temperatures and clouds hung around again this morning so I got ready and did a Zwift ride.
