Crime Stoppers: Male accused of robbing South Side Bike World, threatening manager<\/a><\/h2>\n

San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help with information leading to the identification of a male accused of robbing a South Side bike store.<\/p>\n

Police said the incident occurred at around 5:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Bike World located at 835 Southeast Military Dr. Police said the male entered the location and attempted to conceal several items he removed from a sales display.<\/p>\n

The male walked out of the store without paying for the items and threatened to assault the manager if he attempted to stop him, police said.<\/p>\n

Rainey Street to be temporarily closed to motor vehicles<\/a><\/h2>\n

AUSTIN (KXAN) \u00e2\u20ac\u201d A pilot program to test the temporary closure of Rainey Street prohibiting motor vehicles is outlined in a memo from the Austin Transportation Department on Tuesday. The program aims to determine the effects on mobility and safety in the area.<\/p>\n

During the pilot period, Rainey Street from Davis Street will be closed to motor traffic Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 9:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The pilot period will last from Dec. 5 to March 8, 2020.<\/p>\n
