On Wednesday Rowdy Hayden\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Deputy Constables were on routine bike patrol in White Oak Plantation. When they investigated a reported suspicious vehicle they were able to arrest the occupant of that vehicle with a drug charge. Arrested was Miguel Silva, 19, of 991 Joyce Street in Shepherd, Texas. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $750.<\/p>\n
