Bicycle accident second for driver<\/strong><\/a>

\nAs one Port Lavaca family mourns the loss of their loved one, another is reliving the past.<\/p>\n

Henry Allison, 68, was killed in a traffic accident while riding his bicycle on FM 1090 late Monday morning, not far from where the same driver hit another bicyclist 14 years earlier.<\/p>\n
