I did. As I write this though it is raining which my yard and plants need. When I rode around noon time the weather was not really a factor with partly cloudy skies, 94 degrees and a modest breeze. Humidity was a bit higher than the last rides though. The ride was an ordinary one; pounding the pedals, enjoying the wind and looking for things I had not noticed before. I could feel a cool breeze every once in awhile which now I see was a signal of the incoming rain. No other riders spotted.

Today’s ride statistics:

miles = 24.5

riding time = 1:38:54

average pace = 4:02 min/mile

average speed = 14.9 mph

max speed = 21.3 mph

average cadence = 78.8 rpm

max cadence = 104 rpm

climb 150 ft., descend 175 ft., max elevation 108 ft.

July miles 330.30

YTD miles 2896.95

[nggallery id=79]

[iframe http://connect.garmin.com:80/activity/embed/40951079 465 548]

Today was a good day to ride if I made it front of the rain the weatherman was predicting.
