This a mixture of fresh fruit, nuts, coconut, dried fruit, and canned Mandarin oranges. I made it this morning so it will have all day to chill in the refrigerator and marinate. Looking forward to eating some at dinner. After completing that I got ready to ride. The ride on the Canyon Endurace began at 10:26 AM heading north on my &#8220;Kingwood &#8211; SH 242 &#8211; Kingwood&#8221; route. After biking <strong>37.54 miles<\/strong> I finished the ride at 1:22 PM. My week totals <strong>120.98 miles<\/strong> and June is up to <strong>564.16 miles<\/strong>. With those miles I crossed the 4,000 road mile mark year to date. With all of the sun I wore arm sleeves rather than sunscreen on my arms. I never stop during a ride to put on sunscreen but today I did from a small tube. Watch the video to see a great looking sky. What the conditions were like during the bike ride: start 87 (66% humidity, 74.1 dew point), a few clouds, wind S 5 mph. Finish 94 (47% humidity, 70.6 dew point), partly cloudy, wind S 7 mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My one day experiment with the Akason camera ended. I returned it to Amazon. The GoPro Hero7 Black may freeze at random times but the video and audio quality were vastly better. I want to take off the bike video during a ride but haven&#8217;t figured out an easy way using the GoPro. I am leaning to using my Pixel 3XL phone because I can get it quickly versus the GoPro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I took these photos after entering Tavola at Via Principale Parkway and Gran Roble Drive.
