We have several Farmer Markets right here in the middle of the city, which bring in local organic produce every Saturday. Bring your backpack to carry what you purchase, and let&#8217;s shop the markets on our bikes! We meet for coffee and then take an easy tour of 3 to 5 markets around the city. We use side streets, trails and residential roads for this approximately 12 &#8211; 15 mile, 3 hour ride including generous stops.<\/p>\n<p>Not only will you learn the markets and get some exercise, you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll see beautiful areas you never knew existed in Houston and take home a bounty of beautiful produce, breads, sauces and jams! If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d like to join us but don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t own a bike, West End Bicycles rents bikes for $25 per day at 713\/861-2271 or www.westendbikes.com.
