I filled the CamelBak with ice and water, put my shoes, helmet and gloves on before walking to the back door wheeling the Canyon Endurace beside me. Opening the back door I heard rain hitting the patio cover gently which encouraged me that maybe it was just a passing shower. I leaned the Canyon against some flower urns and walked around. The rain slowed and then stopped for a minute before resuming stronger than before. It appeared today&#8217;s bike ride wasn&#8217;t going to happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"All Dressed, Rained Out Bike Ride\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5J6aB9sEAo8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This was the second rained out bike ride this week. I hoped to ride enough miles today to make it a 200+ mile week but that did not happen. I ended the week at 170.75 miles and the month at 766.39 miles so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
