I was out at Walnut doing a lap and came across a rider by the tool stand in the middle of the park who was waving wildly to me. Figured he had a flat but as I turned to head over there I saw another rider down.<\/p>\n<p>The first guy was on the phone with 911, the other guy was not moving at all and appeared to not be breathing. He clearly collapsed, this was not a crash. As soon as we heard sirens he stayed there and I shot off to direct them from the street. About a dozen people, showed up, fire, EMS, etc. Lifeflight was circling.<\/p>\n<p>We heard someone say &quot;faint pulse&quot; which was a hopeful sign. With so many people standing over him I took off, I didn&#8217;t want to be in the way and quite frankly couldn&#8217;t be of any assistance.<\/p>\n<p>I hope this guy pulls through, if anyone hears anything, please post up. &#8230;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/adudeabikes.com\/2020\/09\/25\/someone-just-threw-a-firecracker-at-me-on-my-bicycle\/\">Someone Just Threw a Firecracker at Me on My Bicycle<\/a><\/h2>\n<h3>A DUDE ABIKES | adudeabikes.com<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, you read that right. I was biking, and a some misguided soul, correctoin, major assclown in a car slowed down to throw a firecracker at my head. But that wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t all. The firecracker throwing happened after a guy in a truck ran a red light and turned without yielding in front me, which could have resulted in major pain or death were I not such a defensive rider and excellent bike handler.
