This is not one of those years. This year we prepare for a virtual Bike MS ride on a new date. October 17, 2020 is not far off and I hope you are looking forward to riding on that day.<\/p>\n<p>Bike MS: Inside Out offers us the option to ride outside on the road or trails or inside on our trainers\/stationary bikes.
