Houston city council on Wednesday made it illegal to park in or otherwise block the city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s expanding network of bike lanes, a long-sought change by cyclists fed up with dodging cars and other obstacles in their designated paths.<\/p>\n

NCSO investigates man found dead on road<\/a><\/h2>\n

A man who appears to have been riding a bicycle was found dead Wednesday morning on FM 637 in Navarro County.<\/p>\n

"The investigation to this point has not revealed any sign of foul play," said Elmer Tanner, Navarro County Sheriff. "We are continuing the investigation and will await the results of a preliminary autopsy to determine cause of death."<\/p>\n
