The fix-it stations were purchased thanks to grant funds from the Texas Physical Activity and Nutrition Program. The city has launched the RGV B-Cycle program in partnership with the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council.<\/p>\n<p>The city purchased four bicycle docking stations and 16 bicycles.
