It helped by starting at 1:46 PM after I got home from church. I rode my &#8220;Forest Cove &#8211; Oakhurst &#8211; Valley Ranch&#8221; route for 27.66 miles. I finished at 3:50 PM. The miles helped me almost get back on track to my 300 miles goal for January. It felt good turning the pedals on my Lynskey R300 after Zwifting Friday and Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How I stand on my goals so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure
